We are 2 quality easy-going people, one lady, one guy on our 30’s, seeking an equally quality housemate, that is looking for a place live in a lovely, and great size house to join our happy home in Ferntree Gully. The room is available now. We have a medium-sized and extremely sweet and quiet dog. We can potentially have a dog depending on how they get along.
The large unfurnished room is roughly 3.5 x 4 meters. Has a large wardrobe. Rent as well as bond is due upfront before moving in. $107 per week for rent, bills not included.
There is space for storage available if you have any extra belongings. Close to the train station and shops, off-street parking, unlimited internet too.
Please, no couples, and no one with substance abuse issues.
