The room gets morning sun, is large, with built in robes and is fully furnished with a queen size bed and desk. You have an shared ensuite that has an amazing spa in it.

House and room are fully furnished.

No working or full time studying from home sorry, couples or pets please.

Lovely, north-Fitzroy location close to parks, bars, cafes, public transport and shops. On pretty and quiet tree lined street. Shared balcony with city and park views, and back courtyard also with a fire pit and bbq.

Cost: $410 per week. This includes rent of fully furnished room, utilities (gas, electricity and water), a fortnightly cleaner and NBN.

You'd be sharing with two others in a large three bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms, three toilets, large living space, balcony and a cute little courtyard. Come and enjoy one of the best parts of Melbourne. Did I mention there's a spa? 😊

We are a warm and easy going house. There are no shoes inside and we keep the place really clean. But there is lots of cooking, and music and warmth.
