Looking for a solid individual to fill a room in a sunny, spacious apartment unit in Fitzroy North. You will be sharing with one other person.
- Rent will be $1195 per month + bond
- Move in date is 9th of September

The unit, is located on Nicholson St right across from the 96 tram stop and a stones throw away from piedimontes grocer. It's a two bedroom light filled cosy apartment flat with great cooling/ heating, hardwood floorboards and great communal amenities. Plus there's a pool for the warmer months and a allocated underground car spot.

The room is spacious enough to fit in all your bedroom essentials with a large window and built in wardrobes.

You'll be sharing with Daniel, (41 yrs) a humble spirit, freelance photographer and all round legend.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who is employed or a student, who is looking for a chilled, relaxed home environment to share and wind down in.
Also, must be clean, respectful and all the rest.
