Description of the home
Eponine (Ep), Tom and Julia are looking for a 4th housemate in our beautiful Fitzroy North home.
After two wonderful years our housemate has moved out and we have a room available that we are hoping to fill in early May.
It is a recently renovated terrace house close to Edinburgh Gardens.
The room is at the front of the house, with a big window, built in cupboards and split system air conditioning/heating.
You’ll share the downstairs bathroom with one other person (Ep). We have two living spaces. The smaller space upstairs has a shared desk and a sauna. We are not looking for someone who works full-time from home.
You'll be living with 3 housemates who are also friends and have cultivated a warm home. We all lead busy lives, but love to hang out when we are all at home.
The room is not furnished, but the house is.

Bills split evenly, including a fortnightly cleaner ($35 per fortnight).
Occupants Description
Julia - works as a teacher, likes cooking nice meals, enjoys ambient music, going to gigs and hanging out with friends.
Tom (not on fb) - works as a Librarian at the State Library, loves reading books and going away for weekend adventures. Tom and Julia share the upstairs bedroom.
Friendly and keen to be part of a home. Pitches in with chores and creating a nice environment. Preferably late 20s/ 30s. Queer friendly, inclusive.
