Helloooooo! Sadly my flatmate is moving out to study abroad and I am in need of a new friend to move into and join the lease of my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with parking. Ideal move-in date would be from mid-December, but can be earlier if needed. Rent is about $305/week plus $20/week if you require parking. Bills come out to about $125/month per person. - The whole apartment is extremely brightly lit, thanks to floor-to-ceiling in windows in both bedrooms and the living area. β˜€οΈ
- The room is a large space with an oversized built in robes and full ensuite bathroom.
- You will also have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and city scape
- The apartment common spaces are fully furnished (including washer), ready for you to bring your bedroom furniture and move in. If you need some bedroom furniture, happy to arrange as my flatmate is looking to sell some of her stuff (all in excellent condition, less than 2 years old)
- We have a designated covered parking spot (not a stacker) in the building πŸš—
- Amenities in the building include a swimming pool, two-level gym with cardio equipment and weight machines and free weights, dry sauna, steam sauna, free BBQ areas with lawn bowls perfect for gatherings, and bike racks. We have a convenience store, laundromat, and cafe directly underneath our building. πŸ‘™

- Easy access to public transport with only a 10 minute walk to the train station that gets you to the city in 10 minutes and less than a 5 minute walk to buses that take you to the city and Melbourne Uni (or a 20 minute bike into the city if you’re keen) πŸš‰
- Dedicated bike path lanes all the way into the city
- It is only a 15 minute walk to Coles, Kmart, and downtown Footscray with lots of restaurants πŸ›’
