- Large terrace house with a great yard and huge living room.
- Great location in Hawthorn - very close to Richmond with a 5 minute walk to Hawthorn train station and 2 minute walk to the 48 tram on Church Street. Very nice cafe 30 seconds walk away!
- Available room is well lit, in the front section that it fairly detached from rest of house. Shares wall with another bedroom but have never had noise issues. Third housemate is upstairs.
- Two bathrooms - this room likely shares with another female housemate but open to it if you need your own bathroom.

Two housemates currently living in the house:

- Will (M, early 30s), works in sales (office most days but occasional work from home day, slightly weird hours most days). Otherwise is very fit & healthy, enjoys the odd beer and philosophical chat. He's in the upper bedroom which is relatively self-contained.
- McKenzie (F, mid 20s), works in hospitality at a local pub, originally from New Zealand. Also works later hours than normal but enjoys a laugh and very social outside of work.
