My house mate is moving out of my current townhome, and I am looking for a decent person/couple to live with and continue my positive co living experience, which includes 18 months with my current house mate and 4 years with my previous house mates (2 female friends).
I work as project manager for a property developer, having recently completed an MBA.
I am pretty easy going, originally from the country, and enjoy staying active, a cup of tea, a beverage and regularly go to the gym.
I wont be around from 20th Dec to the 12th of Jan, and plan to be out of town ~80% of the weekends until the end of Jan, so you will essentially have a house to yourself most of the time.
