I am looking for a housemate to move in around May.
Unfurnished large bedroom with an ensuite, aircon/heating and garaged car space available. 400pw plus bills. Ideally a year sign on. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There are tram stops directly out the front, and 2 train lines within a 1km walk.
About me - I am very friendly, clean and respectful.
I live an active lifestyle, gym in the mornings before work. I work from home on Wednesday and Fridays. I am quite social and do enjoy heading out for activities/drinks with family & friends, but I also enjoy my quiet time.
