Looking to sublet my second bedroom for 6 months but open to longer. The apartment is located in Hawthorn right off glenferrie road close to the station, cafes, restaurants and just a 10 min walk to Swinburne!
The room is furnished with a bed, cupboard and drawers and the rest of the apartment has everything you need!
It is located on a quiet street and I have tried to make the flat itself a safe space for us to unwind and relax. So if you’re looking for a party house this probably isn’t the best fit!!
