Hiya! We're looking for someone to join our house fam. It’s a large renovated three-bedroom 1930s home in leafy Ivanhoe. New kitchen and bathroom, large living room, separate lounge room, high ceilings, polished floorboards, split system aircon/heating, laundry with washing machine, house is fully furnished. Covered parking on the side street. Walking distance to Ivanhoe train station, Upper Heidelberg Road and Darebin creek walking trails. Station Street Fairfield shopping village and High Street Thornbury nearby. Darebin road is on the doorstep and the Eastern Freeway and Bell Street are a 5-minute drive away. We’re looking for someone to stay for at least 6 months.

We would like someone who is responsible and tidy but also relaxed and friendly. We do our best to recycle and compost so environmentally friendly would be a bonus! We are independent and all have our own lives but we do enjoy regular chats in the kitchen or watching a movie together occasionally. We have two delightful doggos living with us, Sunday and Luna, so you must love dogs as they're very social! Although we love animals, we can't accommodate any more pets.
Description of pets
Sunday and Luna (Sunny & Lou) are cavoodles, a hyper allergenic, low shedding breed. They are very friendly and will want to interact with you, however they spend a lot of their time sleeping on my bed. They will bark at noises at the front or the back of the house.
