Home Description
Description of the home
Open plan 70's style townhouse with kitchen/lounge downstairs & bedrooms/bathroom upstairs.
The living area is furnished and doesn't really have room for much more, I try to keep it minimal and uncluttered but comfortable and well styled.
There is a gas heater which does a pretty good job downstairs and it's reasonable warm through winter.
One of the bedrooms is quiet small and used as a office/studio so this can be included or excluded from the rent if you would like to us this space.
NOTE: I have a boisterous kelpie dog. She is 2 years old and still high energy but we do a lot of training and she is very well exercised. She loves people - often a little too much - so I can only consider someone who is comfortable with dogs and understands she comes with the house. She is well looked after and I am considerate of keeping the house tidy and clean with an inside dog.

I have a lot of varied interests - design/art/music/politics/food+ - and often have a few different thing on the go having recently restored some furniture and working on a new sculpture. I am active daily with my doggo, cook lots of things and keep myself busy at home. I go out but a lot less than I used to and feel pretty comfortable tinkering on things at home in a peaceful and calm space.
Socially & politically progressive leftie
Contributing to keeping the house clean regularly, respectful that it is a home not a hotel
Has their life reasonably together, a routine, has done the work
I'm sure there are other things but easier to chat and see if the house vibe would work
I need to emphasis I will only consider people comfortable with dogs and understanding of living with animals :)
