Description of the home

I’m looking for a new house mate who’ll be the right fit. (ideally someone long term, available 7th of Nov)

The house: located in a cozy part of Kensington and just a 10 minute walk from trams and trains, surrounded by cute cafes and friendly neighbours our house is a peaceful haven. About me: I’m a school teacher in my early 30’s, friendly and kind and treat our house as our home. When I’m not toiling away at school, I’m out for a walk, at the gym or seeing friends and family. The home is fully furnished and has just about everything you could need (except a dryer). There’s duckted heating and cooling.

The room:
$1600 per calendar month (bond is $990 and there is also a tenant transfer fee of $220- to the rental agency once you complete an application)

The room can be either furnished or unfurnished.

About you- someone in their late 20’s to mid 30’s, someone who’s working full time, friendly and active. Willing to enjoy the occasional board game and glass of wine or shared meal but mostly independent and doing their own thing. You’re someone who being social but likes their private and down time. Is clean and tidy of corse and happy to pitch in to keep the place looking nice.
