This massively spacious 3 level townhouse is located in Kensington in a quiet residential area filled with beautiful parks, running/bike tracks, really close to Maribyrnong River.

📍Location
12 min walk to South Kensington Station
15 min walk to Kensington Station and Newmarket station
Woolworth and heaps of other shops on Boundary road (15 mins walk), or IGA is 5 min walk.
Footscray market is 5 mins bus ride.

Medium size room-has high ceiling, big shelf
Comfortably fitting a double bed, large desk!
(If you want the bed, mattress, table, fan then you can buy it all for $250 or we can remove them.)

You will be sharing the shower/toilet with only 1 person - Mohit.

🌸About you
We are looking for a Female who works full time, wants to stay for 1 year, cleans the kitchen after use and helps with house cleaning once a month.
You can have your friends over on occasions - just let us know in the group chat (Not a party house).

✏️The Rent
$770 per month+Bills usually around $100 per month (electricity, water, gas and internet); the lease is month by month but you have to be part of the lease by paying tenancy fee ($165 one-off)
