Our beautiful 2-storey Townhouse is quite spacious and lighted-filled with an open living kitchen, lounge and dining area.
It is in between Nepean Highway and Warrigal Road, making it an ideal location. It is walking distance to Aldi (5 mins) and nearby shops, Mentone or Cheltenham Station and the beach.
It is clean, modern and safe. There is internet available, storage, and shared garage space or on-street parking. You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other housemate.

I’m scared of other pups so I can’t have any canine housemates but I love humans!

We are a clean and tidy household, we are very respectful of each other’s space but love a chat too! We’re looking for a housemate who would enjoy a coffee/doggo walk and likes an after work pow wow. Also, someone who is proactive and will tidy up after themselves. We usually don’t see a whole heap of each other due to conflicting schedules so it’s nice to catch up now and then 😊🍷

Leroy’s a 2yr old GSD/AmStaff that I adopted back in early 2022. He is quite anxious, especially around other dogs, but he loves people and is so loving and the best cuddle buddy!
