The room comes with a queen sized bed. (See picture). Firm bed with new topper. Manchester provided. Built in robes, side table and lamp. The house is fully furnished, we are both respectful of others space, no slamming doors etc.
Central aircon and heater but your room can be sectioned off. Aircon during summer is set to 27 degrees when required to keep home comfy. Mirrored built in wardrobe.

Bills and expenses
The bills will be divided fairly, three ways. This is a brand new house that is beautifully built and easy to keep clean... just make sure you clean up after yourself and we will do the same. We may share a meal once a week... and we usually cook simple meals.

Grant works on a casual basis and sometimes travel for work. Grant enjoys swimming, walking, gym. And keeping up with long term friends. I am not currently working, but involved in a personal project. I am told I am an easy going flatmate and Grant is the same. We are both considerate, and easy going and respect each other.
