Description of the home
Our home includes multiple living spaces; large lounge room with comfy seating and a huge tv, a bar room, deck that can be used in all weather, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We have heating in the living areas and aircon throughout the home. There’s on street parking available and we have security cameras all around. There’s a backyard with a veggie garden and quails for eggs.
We have a bus stop right outside for easy access to uni’s and shopping. The tram stop is a 15minute walk. We live right next to a mall with a woolies and takeaway etc.

Bills and expenses
Bills are water, gas, electricity and internet. They’re split evenly between housemates. Netflix and other streaming services are paid for by us and you’re welcome to use them. We do have solar panels which reduces the electricity bill

They’re all domestic cats and very lovely and don’t cause much trouble. They’re inside cats but enjoy some outside time. They aren’t all over everyone, they all just enjoy being around people and checking what everyone is doing. We have an automatic kitty litter so there’s not gross litter to change!
