Hello! We are looking for someone to join us in our beautiful home in Moonee Ponds.
Rent is $1,159 per month plus bills
Bond is the same amount
The room is available now! We are wanting to fill it by the 22nd September.
The house is 4 bedrooms, but we are keeping one as a second lounge/studio. 1.5 bath. It has a lovely big back yard with lots of sun and is very cute from the front with a porch and front lawn. We are in a great spot next to public transport and 10 min walk to Moonee Ponds central.
The room is pretty big with plenty of sunlight. There is no wardrobe/storage and it is not furnished however we do have a queen bed available for purchase.
