Hi there! My name is Rose, I am a music teacher and musician with a spacious and fully-furnished flat. This place is located in Moonee Ponds on the border with Brunswick, so it is super accessible to public transport located in both Moonee Ponds/Brunswick.

The closest tram is on Hope St, Melville Road (10 min walk) that takes you to the CBD. The closest train (Moonee Ponds Stations or Brunswick Station) is a 2km either way, and there are also bus stops very close-by that will take you there.

This flat is in on a quiet no-through road street. I am a guitarist, so you will hear me scratching away most days/nights (acoustic and unamplified, I highly doubt you will notice or be bothered!)

Your room comes furnished with a double bed and bed frame with storage, a mattress, in-built wardrobe, and bedside table. If you wanted a tv or desk, there is definitely room to add those in at your own desire.

Given that this is a second-floor flat with no easy access outside, I am looking for a pet-free housemate. It would be great to have a like-minded flatmate ~ someone creative/artistic/independent.

Rent is $320 per week, internet is $50 per month, gas and electricity would come to approx. $50 per month ($1380 in total)
