Home Description

Description of the home

The townhouse is relatively new, spacious and two stories tall. The 3 bedrooms are all carpeted. We have floorboards downstairs and tiles upstairs. Each room has a split system for heating and cooling. We have three toilets and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is modern with marble benchtops and plenty of cupboard space. The dinning sets, pots and pans, cutlery, utensils were all purchased new.

The townhouse has a large outside deck on the second level which is perfect for a summer BBQ, just laying in the sun or doing some exercise.

We also have a new exercise bike, 10kg washing machine, 540 ltr fridge, vacuum cleaner, dinning table, couch etc.

The location is fantastic. We are across the road from Queens Park which has a public swimming pool. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The local Coles grocery store and Moonee Ponds train station are also a short walk away, the train being a comfortable 15 - 20 minute ride into the city. Both the Essendon DFO and High Point shopping centres are about a 10 - 15 min drive away.
