We are looking for a friendly, neat and quiet person to share with four others in our spacious two-story house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Mulgrave. Available is a private bedroom in a shared house with everything you need. We share a kitchen, dining, lounge room, laundry and the outdoor areas. You will share a bathroom and extra space with one other housemate.

The length of stay for the room would be five months with the possibility of extension.

We are 400m from the nearest bus stop and the nearest train station, Springvale, is 7km away, so a car is recommended. There is plenty of street parking. Waverly Gardens Shopping Centre is 2km away, and Stud Park is 5km. We are close to the M1 highway, and a good location for people studying at Monash or Chisholm Dandenong (once we are out of lockdown 😊) or those who work in the area.

- Rent is 504 per month excluding bills, which are shared.

- Dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave, oven, etc.

- Sharing a fridge/freezer with one other housemate
- Sofa, etc in public area
- We have a cat

All other tenants are quiet and nice people. No loud parties and no smoking inside. This is a clean and peaceful place and we share the cleaning chores.
