We’re on the hunt to find a kind and responsible replacement housemate to take the master bedroom with ensuite in a Vila in Murrumbeena (5 mins from Chadstone).

Note: Due to my overseas trip, I'll be interviewing and confirming the suitable housemate by/before 15 Dec. You would be required to fill out the lease transfer application for our real estate to approve adding your name to the lease. Partial bond would be preferred at this time to secure the agreement, with the rest payable 1 week before move in date 🙂
