The peoople currently living there, include a couple who work (and 1 studies) in hospitality, and a single younger lady. I don't personally live there, this is a rooming house, whereby I provide a living environment for my tenants.

Someone self sufficient, who is able to clean up after themselves when using common areas, and,, of course, who is a willing contributor to the upkeep of the place, so house proud, and appreciative of clean environments. Happy to chat, but also respectful of other people's privacy.
