Description of the home
A modern town house, light filled in a quiet area, close to public transport. Train station (Newport) is ten minutes walk away. Bus stop 5 minutes walk away. Very close to a nature park containing two small lakes with many water birds. Swimming beach is 30 minutes away. There are two gyms within walking distance (about 20 minutes). Small village shopping area 10 minutes away (groceries, wine shop, coffee shops, bakery, etc.).
The house is on three floors. Entrance is my study and behind that the garage. Stairs up to kitchen and living area. Then bedrooms on the third floor. This is a very quiet neighbourhood.
