Come join me in the most beautiful classic two bedder in Westgarth (lower Northcote)!!!
It's just beside the Merri Creek river and off St George’s Rd (essentially in between Fitzroy North and Northcote). I want to build a comfortable and welcoming home where everyone feels able to be as chatty / introverted / sassy as their heart desires from day to day.
I've taken some strange hasty photos for now but will take better ones on the weekend. I have most furniture but can accomodate anything that you would like to bring (in particular a couch and dining chairs would be welcome!)
Your room is a decent size (same size as mine and I’ve got a king bed in there with extra space) and 2 built-in robes. It has pretty floorboards and light fixture, fireplace (non-functional), and north facing window.
Big kitchen and cosy separate lounge. Large bathroom with bath.
Big north facing back yard that I have elaborate planter box plans for.
