The apartment is in a great location, 8-10 minutes walk from both train and tram; super convenient to get to the CBD, University precinct, or Brunswick/Flemington/Moonee Ponds areas. We also have a park right next to us, which is great for going for a run, walk, or enjoying the several bike trails nearby.
Despite the building being 6 stories, the apartment is very quiet. You would also have a private parking spot in the garage, in addition to street parking if you ever have guests.
The living and kitchen areas are both fully furnished, so you wouldn't need to bring anything other what's needed to make your bedroom/bathroom a home. You have access to your own balcony, which also gets a ton of great natural light.
Carpeted bedrooms, tiled bathrooms, and wooden floors in living room / kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning, and your own bathroom. The complex has a pool and with an electronic pass for entry, so good security overall.
