Hey!! We will have a room available in our shared house from 6th May as I am moving home!
House is in parkville, it has one shower two toilets big communal areas and a lovely garden!!
Room is on the ground floor all furniture included
Rent is $896 per month (small increase of rent expected in june) Internet is $17.80 per month bills not included
Current housemates are 2 women and 2 guys, aged 18 to 25 1 dog and two cats all the pets are really well trained and super friendly!
The current housemates are very warm and welcoming, during the week it's pretty chilled in the house but enjoy socialising together and hanging out!
