Welcome to our charming 1894 two-storey Victorian home, full of character and Private Garden. Built with triple brick, the house stays naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, offering comfort year-round.

Our home is split-level: my partner and I live downstairs in a self-contained space, while the upstairs level—accessible via a private entrance—is also fully self-contained. This spacious first-floor area includes a kitchen, dining/lounge, and bathroom, along with four bedrooms that accommodate up to five people.

The outdoor space is a standout feature! The large backyard is perfect for relaxing, with, outdoor seating, and a flourishing herb and vegetable garden, complemented by citrus trees. We also have a covered secure bike parking area.

While the upstairs bathroom retains its retro 1970s charm, it comes with both a bathtub and a shower—perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day.

Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better! The house overlooks Royal Park, a vast green space with adventure playgrounds, BBQ facilities, public toilets, and scenic walking, running, and bike tracks.

Getting around is a breeze:
🚋 Three tram lines are just a 5-minute walk away, taking you to the city in 8-12 minutes.
🏫 Melbourne University is only a 5-minute walk from the house.
☕ Cafés, restaurants, 7-Eleven, and bottle shop are all within an 5-8-minute walk.
🌆 North Melbourne, Queen Victoria Market, Collingwood, and Fitzroy are all within a 15–20-minute walk.

It’s a fantastic place to call home, offering both tranquility and easy access to everything Melbourne has to offer.

About occupants
Hi I'm Matt, and work in Property Management I work full time. I've lived at the house for over 10 years and really love it here. I'm the head tenant and manage the day to day running of the house. I work pretty hard and then just chill at home cooking, playing board games with the flatmates or going out to socialize and party.

The house mates are all in their mid twenties to Late Thirties, Internationals couples and singles working a range of jobs from Hospitality to call center or office admin or studying at Uni. We like to socialize with a beer or two in the garden, have a chat after work, and generally take advantage of all the good stuff going on in Melbourne.
Compatible people
We have a no dick heads rule at the house, which means we value people that are friendly and welcoming, respect personal space and people need for peace and quite and Good communication is key,
