Description of the home

Our beautiful home is located in a lovely quiet neighbour in Pascoe vale. It is but a short walk to many local cafes, restaurants and parks. The home has a fun retro vibe with very funky carpet. The kitchen is super spacious which is perfect for cooking up a feast, having a boogie well your cooking or sharing a meal with friends. In the second half of the house, there is a sunroom which shines beautiful light keeping it extra cosy in winter. This sunroom has the perfect amount of space to be turned into your very own meditation room, small lounge space or dare I say art studio. The bedroom is located in the same vicinity giving you extra privacy. The house was blessed with a cooling system making the summer heat liveable. The landlord is looking into installing a heating system too. Our bathroom is the perfect size for two. There's great water pressure and did I mention a glorious bath for you to soak yourself in after a long day at work or just for selfcare because who doesn't love a bubble bath! We have a cute back yard that has the opportunity to be turned into a garden if you were blessed with a green thumb. The front yard is even larger with beautiful roses when in bloom.

Its perfectly situated if your after a short commute to the city. There are many train stations all within a 5-10min drive and there is an abundance of supermarkets and gyms as well.
