Hi all! 🙂 Spacious room with en-suite bathroom available in Pascoe Vale/ Coburg North area.
Large shopping area end of the road. 9 minute walk to a train station heading straight into the city. Opposite a cute coffee shop and Pilates studio.
Large, grassy front and back yards perfect for BBQs and in the sunshine. House is spacious and easy to keep clean, and the landlady is very easy going and attentive if you ever need to get hold of her. Lots of storage, separate utility room, lounge room, large kitchen and dining area. Under floor heating in the winter is really cosy and warm, and it’s got lots of natural light during the day.
