Hello everyone, I and my 6yr old daughter are looking for someone or a potential couple to share our home with. Our Brazillian friends time with us has sadly come to an end and their room is available to the rite person/s by January 2nd. The room they are leaving behind is a converted lounge room. It is huge and large enough for a couch and office space as well as your bed and normal bedroom bits and pieces. The room is furnished and we are happy to help out with any additional furniture you may need. Our home is a beautiful and calm space. Lots of plants, tidy and homely. It is a large 6 bedroom 2 bathroom house located on the Pascoe Vale South/Brunswick West border. Walking distance to city Tram, busses, Shopping centres, Gyms etc etc. You will be sharing with my daughter 7 nights a fortnight as well as myself. My daughters uncle stays with us also when in Melbourne. For a single person, preferably a female just for peace of mind with my daughter will be $325 per week. This is inclusive of all utilities and internet etc so no extra bills. For the "Right" couple would be $450 per week. We are offering a homely and safe space for the rite person/s and if you are from South America is a little bit of a plus as my daughter is half Colombiana.
