Hey everyone, I have a room available from mid-December in Pascoe Vale Sth (aka Northwest Coburg). It’s a good quiet street, 15mins walk to the train and 58 tram, also handy for Citylink/freeways if you need to drive anywhere.

The house is a recently renovated spacious mid century place with lots of cute details. Your room would be 3.7 x 3.4m, and comes with a cupboard w/ hanging space as well as a heater and ceiling fan.

You would also have your own recently renovated bathroom (shared w/ toilet and laundry), and your own office if you work from home or have a side hustle / creative outlet.

The house has great floorboards through the bedrooms and shared areas (kitchen is tiled). The kitchen is all new w/ a dishwasher (which is honestly a godsend). There is a huuuuge backyard, with veggie garden on its way.

Accessibility info: there is a small step up onto the front porch and a second small step up leading into the front door. There is a small step from the kitchen down to the back part of the house, which includes the 2nd bathroom and office space, both of which have small steps up into them. There is another small step out the back door down into the backyard. The backyard is accessible via the side of the house, via the paved driveway
