It is a large recently renovated 3 bedroom home with 1 bathroom and separate toilet. It’s full of natural light and large shared/living spaces and kitchen. There is a big backyard with a garage (that we use for storage mostly).
The house is pretty much fully furnished, but if you have some things you would love to bring we can discuss as needed.
Driveway fits two cars but lots of street parking available as well (no permit needed).
Very minimal noise pollution, 3 min walk from 58 tram on Melville road, 20 min walk to or quick ride to Coburg Train station. Coburg and Brunswick are our main town hubs.

Sam (31): He/Him. Full time physiotherapist working in the community Mon-Thurs, work from home from time to time. Loves swimming, movies, making friends and spending time out of the house but love staying home as well.

Mils (28): She/her. Full time occupational therapist working in the community Monday-Friday and occasionally working from home. Loves cooking, bouldering, hiking, yoga, hanging with friends and her partner, watching TV at home.

Kipper the dog (6): An extremely cute whippet who loves to run at the park, sleep most of the day and eat treats. He is a very friendly, timid, curious and calm dog who will learn to give you cuddles on the couch (if you want them).
Compatible people
We would love to find someone that is looking to join a home and not just a room to stay. We enjoy spending time together as a house for dinner, drinks, games nights or movies and would love you to do the same. We also love solo recharge time and have plenty of space for this.

We are clean and respectful of all shared living areas and want this to continue.
Ideally we would like someone who works full time, age between 25-35. All genders/sexuality welcome. Must be LBGTQI+ friendly.
