Looking for a flatmate/ housemate to join my little family. I am a mum of young two boys and would like a female or couple to come rent a space or two. Looking for someone employed, respectful and reliable.

I have a large 4 bedroom house, split level, with the 4th bedroom and large down stairs area available to rent. They are separate so 300 each. You’ll also have your own bathroom ensuite if you rent both spaces. There is ample storage. If you are a couple 400 or single 300 for one space. Security deposit is two weeks rent plus two weeks in advance.

Also please no pets.

House is in Pascoe vale south. Short walk to public transport. Around 30 mins to cbd by train.
