Two bathrooms, meaning you’d have the main bathroom, with bath and shower to yourself. 2 basement car parking spaces available. Storage cage. Fully furnished, with oversized sofa, 65inch TV. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, crockery and everything you’d expect. Only furniture not included is a dining table and chairs, need to buy, you are welcome to bring some of your own furniture, if it fits. Available for a minimum of 6 months.
The place is awesome, with incredible sunsets each day, the balcony includes BBQ and heater and outdoor sofa.

Bills and expenses
Approx $25 per week each total. As gas is included in the rent. Water about $20per month. Electricity is about $100 and internet $75pm split evenly between us.

I love the beach, travelling, trying news things, dogs, live music, socialising, going out for dinner/drinks, exploring Melbourne, getting out in nature and meeting new people. I work 9-6 Mon-Fri in St Kilda.
