Hi, we’re looking for a new Flatmate at our cosy home in Port Melbourne!
we have prices from 290 to 600 plus bills!!
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room , spacious living and dining spaces.
Street parking is available.
Rent is paid monthly and does not include bills. Water, gas, electricity and internet bills are split equally. Bond is one month of rent paid in advance and is required to secure the room.

We do normally do house chores (deep cleaning) once a week, but we like to keep our house as clean and tidy as possible on a daily basis.

Port Melbourne is a lovely and convenient suburb either if you work or study. From our house, the city is 15 mins away by car or 30 mins by public transport, with bus stops within 1 minute walk.
This unique Port Melbourne location is conveniently situated near JL Murphy Reserve, Princes Pier, Port Melbourne Beach, Port Melbourne Primary School, Albert Park College, Docklands, Bay Street shops and restaurants, light rail, and provides easy access to the Westgate Freeway. From our home, the city is 10 mins away by car or 20 mins by public transport, with bus stops within 1 minute walk.
