Water gas electricity are all included in your rent unless you are running some high level activities from your bedroom it should be fine I have internet but I think we probably have to discuss just this and the rest is fine it may be that if your using your computer or iPad to study or for work we could create a joint plan….I’ll make sure cleaning products are available so ppl can clean up any mess and toilet paper is at your own expense etc.
