Looking for a new legend to fill the spare room in my Prahran apartment.
This place has all of the good stuff, AC, dishwasher, waterfall showerhead, washing machine, on the fifth floor of the building and has a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard w/ a cute view of the city, the building itself includes a gym, a rooftop terrace, plenty of bike storage, storage cage and easy potential to sublet a parking space from other tenants in the building.
Multple tram lines just a 3 minute walk away on Chapel St, with Prahran station less than 10 minutes away.
I’m looking for someone in their twenties who preferably has experience with house sharing, must be able to go onto the lease prior to moving in (move in date is dependent on this) and enjoys a balance of hanging out and alone time, I don’t want to feel like I’m living with a stranger but also like some boundaries. Stable work, able to put in their weight around the house and ultimately a nice, fun and friendly person to create a cute lil place with.
