Huge master bedroom in a 2-storey house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilet rooms, 1 laundry room in Preston. $ 1000 pcm including internet bills, $ 750 bond plus any outgoing bills.
Bills are roughly $70 a month.
Own a private balcony overlooking a park and a private door to shower(it’s shared but almost like having a ensuite).
I’m moving to another city so my room is available and you’ll here living 2 other housemates.
House has fridge and washing machine, lovely garden and plenty of storage space, as well as space for your own furniture so you could really make it your own. Has garage and parking available onsite.
10 mins walking to Preston market or Regent Station, and 13 mins walk to #11 tram.
Looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy and can do basic things, like pay the rent and bills on time.
Must be willing to go on the lease through the agent. (There’s a $220 tenant name transfer cost on the lease).
It’s a relatively quiet household where everyone keeps to their own schedules and recharges at home. Available ASAP. Rent cycle is the 20th of each month.

I work in hospital and am also studying in education support so I am out of the house quite a lot. I really value the safe and harmonious environment and atmosphere here. I’m very easy to get along with and I’m also into hanging out in the city or cooking dinner with a friend(and mostly like a wine). I also have a cat named Blinky! She is 10 years old and blind but definitely still a very happy gal. She normally stays in my room quietly, but sometimes she enjoys a walk in the garden for a short while.

Very lefty American who loves watching anime and reading smut. Project manager that works from home mostly, so you will definitely see me in my unicorn donut oodie. Generally quiet, but you might hear me laughing with my sister on FT from time to time.
No SWERFs, TERFs, Racists, or Zionists or bigots in general. Ideally a woman or femme presenting person, but the right guy could be ok as well. No couples as that’ll likely be too much since we only have one shower. Smoking ok outside and unfortunately no more pets.
