Hello! Joe and I are looking for 1 lovely human to build a peaceful home with.
*$220 tenant transfer which I'm happy to split with you. Tenants were doing a month-to-month lease here with no issues. I'm happy to discuss doing a 12 month lease.
How I live / What I value:
- I’m a person of integrity who strongly values honesty, transparency and privacy.
- Respect for personal boundaries and notably noise. Despite being a musician, I need and highly value quiet and will respect yours.
- Clean and tidy, but not overly concerned.
- I am considerate of others and the energy in the home.
- I value my privacy. I’m warm and friendly but mostly keep to myself.

- I value open pro-active communication, consistency and reliability.
- I eat mostly vegetarian at the moment but will occasionally cook fish or chicken. I don't have an issue with housemates cooking meat as long as you are hygienic and store the meat in a sealed container in the fridge.
- Recently purchased new modem and setup NBN with Superloop ($67 for the first 6 months).
- Recently purchased a fridge & washing machine.
*Please note I don’t living room furniture atm. I would appreciate working with together in order to create a space we both enjoy living in and can relax in. I'm more than happy to have a chat and find a solution that works for us.

-Working from home 1-2 days per week.
I do:
-Work full time in software.
-Have a bar with friends that we bought for fun that I drop into 1 evening per week to ensure it isn't on fire.
-Spend a bit of time on the computer researching things / working on things.
-Evenly split my time between my computer and being social.
Flexible with time frame, as i'm not in a rush nor do i have a medium term decision on things.
I'll be more certain in the next 6 weeks.
Preferably a room with a bed but not necessary.
Aside from that i have heaps of furniture and art that currently has a place but i can bring it if preferred.
Photo is 1 month old - took it while sitting on the beach alone, listening to my favourite album by 'Headache', the day i changed my mind about sand.
