Description of the home

Hello! I'm looking for one or two people to build a peaceful home with. Ideally I am looking for one other woman to rent out the first floor, this includes two unfurnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. I work from home Mon-Thurs which involves playing my piano (in the living room, usually with the practice pedal on). This home would suit someone who works out of home during the week.

How I live / What I value:

- Respect for personal boundaries and notably noise. Despite being a musician, I need and highly value quiet.
- Clean and tidy, but not overly concerned.
- I am considerate of others and the energy in the home.
- I value my privacy. I’m warm and friendly but mostly keep to myself.

- I value open pro-active communication, consistency and reliability.
Please note I won't have a fridge, washing machine or living room furniture. I would appreciate working with together in order to create a space we both enjoy living in and can relax in. I'm more than happy to have a chat and find a solution that works for all involved.

Fantastic, convenient location! 5min walk to Preston train station, Preston Markets, Woolies, Chemist Warehouse, 10min walk to Gilbert Road for the 11 tram. A few local cafes and Republic Pilates 2min walk away.
