I have a room available in a 2 bedroom unit in Ringwood east, preferably male, must be clean, tidy and respectful. The room is $250 a week.
You’ll be living with a male (myself) 34 years old. The house is in a really good location only 300 metres away from a train station, 2 minute walk to an IGA with a strip of shops including cafes. It’s on a block of 2 units , it’s the back unit so it’s really quiet. It has a backyard, entertaining area perfect for bbqs and drinks with your mates and a second floor for storage with pull down stairs. The house is fully furnished, I have a very large black leather couch and an 85” tv with a soundbar, good for the footy season and pumping tunes. Would suit a male aged 25-50 that works full time. message me if interested!
