I am looking for someone to sublet a room over the next 5-6 months, and potentially longer. It is the master bedroom of the house, which is located downstairs and includes an ensuite. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs which provides a bit of space between the other housemate/s. The downstairs common area includes a kitchen, lounge, dining table and laundry.
The house is very conveniently located with shops, restaurants, gyms and the beach within a couple minutes drive.
