3 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms + study in quiet court with great neighbours in Rosebud! The house features two living areas, one if fully furnished with a comfy couch and big screen TV. The other has a living area that is attached to the kitchen currently has a 3 seater lounge which opens out onto a large decked area. Light timber look flooring throughout the living areas and new carpet in all the bedrooms.
Still doing a few renos/updating (as you can see from the tiles in the bathroom) however nothing major. All bills are included in the rent (electricity, water, internet etc). There is currently a choice of two rooms in the house!
