Super close to everything you need. 10 minute walk to coles 5 minute walk to either the 96 or 1 tram line. Close to good pubs restaurants in the area. A stones throw from the south Melbourne market.
Have everything you need in the house from TV with Netflix/Apple TV to air fryer (the essentials) just bring your bedroom furniture!
