Hey! We’ve got a pretty sweet setup here at St Kilda and we’re looking for someone to join us. The house is a three-level house, its fully furnished, and just 200 meters from the beach
House has a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, laundry and study room for everyone to share.
We have an outdoor terrace, that has a BBQ and a pool, and upstairs there is a big balcony that overlooks the beach.
I've attached the floorplan, the person who moves in gets the top floor bedroom and the ensuite, so you'll have lots of privacy.
