Beautiful and quiet three bedroom home, surrounded by lots of green space with a reserve and creek directly opposite. The walking track takes you directly to Rosenthal shops, where you can find Woolworths, a pharmacy, GP, cafe, hairdresser and other speciality shops. Perfect for someone who has a bicycle or enjoys a scenic walk.
It is a 3bdrm home with a study and two bathrooms. The open kitchen and living area is very spacious, with a lot of light coming in through the windows, and views into the back garden. The kitchen includes an island bench/breakfast bar, gas cooktop with range hood, electric oven and dishwasher.
The laundry is also light and spacious, with a good quality Bosch front-loader washing machine, and external access to the garden and courtyard.
The house is well insulated, with ducted heating throughout the home, and split system heating/cooling.
Although this home is nestled in a quiet location, it is accessible to a lot of amenities and services such as shops along Vineyard Road, and freeway access.

Bills and expenses
Internet and water is included in rent. Electricity and gas are divided equally. Food we will arrange separately, as my meals are a bit over the place sometimes! There is plenty of space in the pantry to separate our food, and we will have a fridge each.

I am single, and love people and animals.
I work full time as a project officer, which is completely from home, Monday to Friday. I have set up my desk in a small nook at the front of the house, so it is away from the rest of the home.
I do travel a bit for work (a couple days each month on average), so it would be lovely if there was someone that would be happy to be at home to feed Petra on those days (she is a very easy girl to be with).
I am an early riser as I love fitting in some early morning exercise before I start my work for the day. I do love socialising however, and spend more time going out than having people over. I’m saying that I also enjoy being at home, working on home projects or doing the gardening. I love running, yoga, dancing and catching up with friends and family at a cafe or a local park.
I of course want someone who is respectful and cleans up after themselves. A clean house = a happy mind = happy housemates! ;)
I don't mind visitors now and then, although it is definitely not a party house! If you do want to have a small dinner party or something, that's totally fine! Just need to let me know in advance.
