The house Tecoma, It’s right on the border of Belgrave but nearer Belgrave (opposite side of the st is Belgrave). 1km walk to Belgrave centre, 1.5km walks up Tecoma centre. House is up opposite Sherbrooke forest, I love living here.
I have a downstairs gym, large backyard and an elevated deck in the trees with a beautiful view with birds regularly flying through and a nice breeze.
