Description of the home
'Set on an acre this is a lovely little hidden oasis, which we're lucky enough to call home (and hopefully you too).
The home is actually very homey, however far too big for just us and we love sharing it with like minded people. There is plenty of off street parking so you can park your car/bike safely.
We have streaming and Internet (all included), a pool table, table tennis, and an undercover alfresco area. Plenty of separate
living areas, and the house is very roomy, so if you're a bit more private, you can have your space.
The bedroom available is a double room with large cupboards and loads of cupboard storage. It is at the opposite end of the house to us, so it's nice and quiet and quite private.
If you're into a healthy lifestyle then Yawa and Fitness first are just around the corner in Rosebud.
We're 3 mins drive from the front beach and 7 mins from Gunnamatta back beach.
It's lovely and quiet here, yes you can actually hear yourself think, no car noise, just the distant ocean and birds. We're in a long court, so traffic is minimal. Plenty of parking is available too.

We're a happy, social, hard-working but relaxed professional couple who work from home in our photography business.
Our young adult kids are out of home now, hence the room available to share. We love family, friends, food (lots of food, lol) healthy living - but won't say no to a glass of wine and a chat around the water cooler (which in this case is the kitchen) if you're up for a banter now and then.
However, we totally respect your privacy and whilst we're home in our studio area (totally separate from the living areas) - we work very long hours, so we're not in the way!
We're happy to share a meal now and then if you're up for that too, in any of the three large living areas or if you prefer during summer, in the cosy alfresco area.
Set on an acre, it's a lovely home for entertaining in, or for just having some quiet 'me' time.
We're musicians, and my hubby still sings in a 13 piece band. Don't worry, the noise is left to singing and performing on stage, and we do have an eclectic love of music.
If you love tennis, swimming, nature and fitness, then being literally 3 minutes away from beautiful Westerfolds and Ruffey Parks with the convenience of Westfield Doncaster 5 mins one side of us and Templestowe Villiage and all the eateries 3 mins on the other side, then like us, you'll love living here too.
