Rent is per room $900/month per room and bond is $900. For couple it will be $1200/month and bond is $1200. A room available for rent in a 4 bed house which is 2year old. We are a couple living in the Master bedroom and a bed room is occupied by a male and another with female. Rooms are furnished with big wardrobes. We do have a theatre room (can be used occasinally) and open plan kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and various appliances. One room is available with Double / Queen bed.
Looking for mainly a working male / female who will be able to keep the room clean and tidy.
Price is inclusive of all the amenities like power, gas and internet. Parking is on street parking.
