Home Description
Description of the home
This furnished house is along the service road of a highway. About 20 minutes walk to Hoppers Crossing station, groceries, pharmacy and food shops. There is also a bus stop right across the road, you can see it from the couch.
Opposite the University of Melbourne Werribee campus. On paper it says the heating and cooling in the living room works but in all honesty it is so loud I would rather use my own kmart little fan heater.
There is a new washing machine not shown because I'm in the process of organizing the laundry room. It's a front-loader 6kg. No dryer but covered clothes line in the backyard.
If you like gardening, there is a huge yard you can do whatever you want with but we'd have to fence off a section because my rabbit will definitely want to be involved otherwise.
All furniture is mine but you can use everything including kitchenware and cleaning products like the vacuum so no need to worry about those. I also have some more storage space in the kitchen to accommodate any extra stuff but other than the huge wardrobe in your room, there is not much space to store bulky items.

I moved into this house a little less than a month ago with my rabbit. Looking for another girl preferably in their 20s (I'm 23) to occupy the master bedroom.
Currently trying to get into web development but otherwise, I'm sponsored by my father in Malaysia.
I love anime, drawing pixel art and games and occasionally reading. Most of my friends are cosplayers or convention artists but truth be told, I barely go out. I'm respectful of shared spaces though. I don't mind if you bring friends over but no smoking and if any guest ever purposely hurts my rabbit, they're never welcome back.
Also, the internet is 100/17mbps and it's fixed at 70 dollars per month to be split evenly between both of us
I must admit he will chew whatever you put within his reach when you're not looking: shoes, plastic bags, backpack straps, clothes etc so living with me would also mean not leaving things you dont want chewed in the common room where he can reach them.
He is also very not ok with other animals which is why I wouldn't want you to have any animal that is not caged (fish, birds, non-lethal snakes etc are okay) and also no spiders because there is nothing I am more terrified of.
It should also be noted that Tsukki has never been allowed in what will be your room just in case you have some animal you want to keep in your room that would be triggered by his scent.
