Good location only 5 mins to Yarraville cafes or Barkly st cafes. There is public transport nearby with a bus stop on Geelong road or Tottenham train station.
There is lots of parks nearby with Cruickshank park only a short walk away or Hansen reserve on Roberts st.
The city is only a short drive away as well. Being in west Footscray the location is very central to everything.
I'm currently getting some work done on in the backyard as I'm looking at getting some decking put in the next couple of months.

Bailey is 6 years old. He is a King Charles cavalier cross Maltese. He loves to play fetch with his stuffed toys. He enjoys going for walks outside and loves people! He can get very excited when he first meets new people but does settle down once he knows them. He can be a very snuggly lapdog when he wants to be.
